How to download the production documents.

Manage your job shop floor and production processes with the work order documents, manage deliveries with the delivery dockets, and keep track of your parts and which work order they belong to with the production labels.

How to download the documents

Note: The quote must be in the 'Ordered' status to download the production PDFs.

To do this, open the quote and select the 'Actions' drop-down. From there, choose 'Mark as ordered'.

There are two options to download these PDFs.

Option 1

On the main quotes page, you can find a download icon located on the right-hand side of each quote. By clicking on it, you can select the specific document that you want to download. Once you've made your selection, a new tab will open in your browser and the document will start downloading.

Option 2

On the main quotes page, select the 'quote ID'.

Using the 'DOWNLOAD' button you can select the specific document that you want to download. Once you've made your selection, a new tab will open in your browser and the document will start downloading.
