Emailing customers

How to email the quote to a customer using ToolBox

Firstly, unless a customer has been assigned to a quote, the 'Email customer' option will be greyed out.

To assign a customer to a new or existing quote, in the Customer field at the top left-hand-side of the quote screen, select customer field. The customers will be displayed. Choose the customer and the screen will update. The customer is now assigned to the quote.

To assign a contact to a new or existing quote, in the Customer field at the top left-hand-side of the quote screen, select contact field. The contacts will be displayed. Choose the contact and the screen will update. The contact is now assigned to the quote.

Now that there is a customer and contact are assigned to the quote. The page will update. Click the ACTIONS dropdown, and select 'Email customer'.

When ready, click 'SEND"

To mark the quote as 'Issued' click the 'ACTION' dropdown and select 'Mark as Issued'.
