We have the tools to handle multiple files within one document, which means you do not need to be an experienced CAD person to use ToolBox.
Using the toolbar directly above the parts window.
Select a part and then click on the Extract tab. (or right-hand click on the mouse)
Then from the dropdown, select 'Extract selected'.
A popup will appear on the screen, type in the name for the part. Click the 'Extract' button.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 (above) for the remaining parts.
Now that all parts required have been extracted, close the Drawing Doctor.
Select the part or parts on the left-hand side of the screen
Select the edit tool, a popup will appear, select the material, thickness, sheet size and enter the quantity.
Using the material section, assign the appropriate material grade, thickness and quantity.
Extracting all parts in one step is another way of dealing with a file that has multiple parts.
Using the toolbar, directly above the parts window: Click on the Extract tab. (or right-hand click on the mouse)
Then from the dropdown select Extract all parts in drawing.
A popup will appear on the page, there's no need to enter anything here, renaming each part comes later, click the orange EXTRACT button.
Each of the six parts have now been extracted.
Now that all parts required have been extracted, close the Drawing Doctor.
