The pricing tab within ToolBox allows you to control and alter the pricing this selected customer receives when a quote is created for them within ToolBox

In this tab you can use the settings shown to alter the pricing calculations this customer sees in there quotes within ToolBox
Cutting settings in the pricing tab
The settings you can alter and change within the pricing tab are shown above and are detailed below:
Cutting rate discount
This can be used to give a discount or increase the cutting charge which is calculated for this customer from your hourly rates when working on a quote for them.
It takes the hourly rate that would have been applied normally and adjusted it up or down based on this percentage.
For example, a $300 hourly rate would be adjusted down to $270 if "10%" was entered into this discount field, or up to $330 if a "-10%" was entered into this discount field.
Setup time override
This setting can be used to change the setup times calculated for this customer when calculating their quotes.
This overrides/replaces the setup time that would otherwise have been charged.
For example, if 300 seconds of time would normally be charged for the setup of cutting, setting this field to "100" would effectively give this customer a discount of 200 seconds for every setup charge in the quote. Conversely, setting this to "500" would be adding an additional 200 seconds of charge to every cutting setup charge in their customer's quotes.
Sheet change time override
This setting can be used to change the sheet change times calculated for this customer when calculating their quotes.
This overrides/replaces the sheet change time that would otherwise have been charged.
For example, if 300 seconds of time would normally be charged for the sheet change, setting this field to "100" would effectively give this customer a discount of 200 seconds for every sheet change in the quote. Conversely, setting this to "500" would be adding an additional 200 seconds of charge to every sheet change in this customer's quotes.
When you have made changes to these settings as required for the customer select Save to save these details for this customer.
Edited pricing details
Now whenever a quote is created for this customer they will be charged according to the edited pricing settings within the Customer Central.
